Hi Robyn, i love what you have done with the text, highlighted the top words, so they stand out. i think you should of filled the white space a bit more with text. Your top image is a really great medium shot, if you made that even bigger covering at least nearly a third of the page, would look awesome - it would be the optical view, were everyone would look first. Well Done though :]
Robyn, i love the way your images are presented with their borders and your font is very nice. I love the two colours (maybe because they're my favourites) Fill the white spaces and you've got yourself an eye-pleasing magazine cover!
Your use of colour with the text is great - the points you want the audience to focus on are clearly shown. You've taken some lovely photo's too, I think they really capture the message you are trying to convey, really fit the target auidence. I agree with Seada and Annie in terms of the white space - fill it with pictures/text! Or maybe change the colour of the background?
